Gina Hargrove is a medical billing, and healthcare revenue cycle executive. She is a passionate proponent of sharing knowledge and a healthcare insurance benefits advocate. Gina is the mother of two awesome young men and the grandmother of seven grandchildren.
She holds a BA in International Business, a Master’s in Human Resource Management and a Juris Master’s in Health Care Law. Gina has over twenty years in the health care billing industry.

Immediately she took my bill, proceeded to BCBS online, we signed into my account and Gina started explaining each line item to me. Gina went one step further, for every item I was about to be billed for, including the one I received, she got on on the phone, spoke with a representative on the matter and all claims were resubmitted because I was billed out of network for each of them. I would have been paying more than I needed to.
The blessing in this entire scenario was, Gina saw a great need to help me understand my EOBs, call my insurance, get assistance and ask questions about my bills. When I finally received all my medical providers’s bills, I either paid very little or nothing at all!
To this day I have followed all Gina’s instructions and advice. I have had nothing but great results. God simply moves in mysterious ways with wonders to perform.
